You, who follow my blog here on steemit are already familiar with great nature and winter of Alberta.
In today's challenge, I would like to show you that my country of origin is great too.
We also have snow and blue skies. Like everywhere in the world. You just need a camera and a couple of minutes.
Enjoy.
The temperatures are not so low and the snow is heavier. But it's also winter. Shorter than one in Canada, but still.
A good month and we'll be there.

Winter wonderland.
Nice winter landscapes. Looks a lot like here in Germany, only the mountains are not quite that high, where I live in the Bavarian Forest.
Already told you, that I find your country absolutely beautiful and if I ever thought of moving away from Germany (again), Slovenia would be very far up on my list!!

not on my watch it hasn't been....I've been to steemstage.com usesteem.com and back to steemit.com.....and then I had to delete doubles and triples and now I'm here talking to you :)
Well, that is not good. I am using eSteem and it is working fine at the moment. It did have its issues last week.

I'm desperately trying to find some company for Golica this Sunday. I might just go alone =) Not sure if any of the snow left on it since it's not as high as the highest peaks in KSA that i can see from Ljubljana.
Winter didn't come on Turkey yet. But I felt cold when I saw your photo. Thank you for this nice photos.
That snow up there doesn't mess around it covers everything. Very nice blue skies and subtle blue lights. The mall over here already setup the santa photo booth too soon!! Looks like Steemit is working out the kinks... hitting the button now... fingers crossed!

It looks perfect when can we experience snow here in a tropical country .Wish to see and feel that snow in real.

It's a very beautiful landscape in Slovenia too ！As a matter of fact I really want to go someday and see Bles Lake and Bled Island, that looks almost like it's a fairy tale

Lovely snow views, we don't get anything like that nowadays in the UK - lucky to get a light dusting. Saying that a bit of slush on our roads and the whole country grinds to a halt - we are a nation of fair weather drivers lol.

Our beloved country has the best snow scenery. Sadly, we've been getting much less snow and more freezing rain in the last few years, on the east coast.

Quite beautiful pics; but, as I saw the snow-capped everything I realized how lost I’d feel after five minutes.
I realized that we are each wired for our special destination.
Anywhere below 55 degrees, more than 10 days a year, would really have me out of my functioning element…lol…
Admittedly, this snow really does make a picturesque view of landscape art that I could imagine gracing a home to remind one what winter looks like in some parts of the world.
This sparks my memory of my most favorite Christmas movie, and I have a few…Home Alone in New York.
Again, thanks for this post, and reminding me that all snow is not slushy gray from the city street grit and grime.
