Ingredients
2 bunch of young cassava leaves, petiki leaves
1 liter of coconut milk from 1/2 grain of grated coconut
1 stalk lemongrass, geprek
1 segang galangal finger, crushing
2 bay leaves
3 pieces of orange leaf
to taste Salt & sugar
Ground spices:
7 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic
5 pieces of red curly pink
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper grains
1 cm of turmeric
3 candlenuts
Step
Boil the cassava leaves until cooked, remove the water, squeeze and then cut, set aside.
Saute spices until fragrant, enter galangal, bay leaf, lime leaves & lemongrass, mix well, pour coconut milk, cook until boiling.
After the coconut milk boil, put the boiled cassava leaves, season the salt & sugar, stir well, cook until boiling again, taste test, turn off the heat and se
