Home made Yellow Profiteroles with chocolate ganache drizzle
This is one of my favorite desserts to make. It's time consuming and takes some skills in the kitchen but it's definitely worth it in the end!
You make the pastry cream, the puff pastry, and put it together. ๐ Then you make a chocolate ganache and drizzle it over the top of your creation!

This looks super yummy! What do you use for the pastry? Do you just get regular puff pastry?
I used Martha Stewart's recipe for pate a choux. ๐Found it on Google and recreated. I adjusted the recipe each time I made it until i found the right measurements i liked.
