Field of Dreams

I happened to spot this magpie enjoying a stroll in this field of pansies and lilacs during Floriade, Canberra's annual flower festival. This used to be my favorite event of the year when I was living in Canberra. It is free, and the flowers are beautiful. Purple and blue are my favorite colors so I particularly loved this field of flowers.
