Whales are an abosoulte joy to be around! Majestic and gentle giants. I can’t describe the feeling I get every time I’m around one!!

Hey, you said something went "terribly wrong" with your last post and I noticed it still exists SANS images. What happened? Did you just forget to insert an image and couldn't "go back in" and insert an image because the option wasn't available? Curious what your experience was.....
I posted an image and then went to change it, as it was the wrong image, (and an image I legally wasn't allowed to use. ) I deleted it, then couldn't go back in... I felt terrible, as people had voted on it, but I couldn't risk losing my job over a slip of the finger!! I hope you can't see the image? I was lucky I had time to delete it!
Aha, okay so it's the exact same issue I had - unable to edit images once the post has been published. I cannot see the image in your old post - you successfully removed it. Maybe provide a link to the new post in the old post, so people know where to view the actual image.

I wish the whales on Steemit were as close as this whale was to me!! Oh well, I live in hope they may one day see me!!

Hello!! how lucky am I to be around these giants... they are truly incredible the way they interact with humans.
Working on the ocean out of Oceanside, CA, there's gray whales headed south. I was just watching video of a local angler who filmed 3 Orcas around his vessel about 40 miles out. The best sight, if you are lucky, is to witness the Blue Whale. When they fluke, say goodbye. They stay under soooooo long. :) Waiting for some steem power before I hit that upvote button.

Yes. It's fun watching the people's expressions when they see one up close for the first time. Mothers watching over their calfs as they frolick and play. They are nothing short of awe-inspiring. :)
Like no other feeling i have ever felt.
(I am still reeling over the dental cost....... incidentally!!!)
