Thanks kindly for the offer it's nothing major at all I am on blood thinners and I think my previous diet was inhibiting the blood thinner but with my healthier diet the blood thinner is working well
I nicked myself the other day and it took about 4 hours to stop the bleeding all good now but felt run down for a couple of days is all
