Most of mine are just circuits. but I might plan one out and see what I can make.

I took a week off and then got back into it.
Now I'm pushing my hill work to get ready for the next race in January. It has an 8km uphill at the start. That's a good way to wake you up in the morning! :-)

Yeah, I also do circuits and out 'n back runs. But sometimes (more frequently than not) if I want to do an exploratory run i get weird GPS " art"
