Ingredients
1/4 kg Small / medium shrimp, wash
8 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp Sago flour
2 tbsp Water whiting
2 pieces Turmeric leaves, remove the bone leaves, fine iris
1 egg
350 ml Water (vy less jd 275-300ml krn plus egg)
Salt taste
Sufficient Broth powder
Ground spices :
7 Garlic cloves
3 grains of Pecan
1 Ginger finger joint
1.5 segments of the young Turmeric fingers
6 pieces Orange leaves, discard the bones (bs jg sliced smooth sj)
Step
Mix well all ingredients except shrimp to be a dough that fits dilute. Add dilute jk rice, taste test.
