I took this photo on Isabella island and here is some facts about flamingo:
Young flamingos are typically a pale gray and flamingo’s pink feathers come from what they eat.
In general flamingo’s diet consists of small fish, shrimp and different types of algae.
It is the carotenoids found in the algae and the shrimp that make flamingos pink.

Beautiful shot of the beautiful flamingo. I have never seen one in real life.
I also didn't know that they get their pink color from the food they eat.
