This is my #ColorChallenge submission for Thursday Green, contest initiated by @kalemandra.
Since it is a green Thursday because I do not share this fruit coming from a bush that is in my backyard.
Here in Venezuela we know it with the name of avocado, it lasts 26 years of my life without eating it, but then a friend I prepare it in something called pico de gallo, which is avocado, tomato and onion, and the taste is magnificent.
You can prepare it in salads. And it gives them an exquisite touch.
If you have not eaten, look for one and do not miss it, it is the ideal companion for all meals.
