We are having some really heavy rain these days here in Israel and I totaly love it.
This photo was captured in a very hot sunny day in august 2017.
when I think of it, The appearance of wandering ant colony's or singles is pretty rare in the winter because when cold air arrives, ants' body temperatures drop dramatically and their movements become sluggish. It respond by seeking out warm places, such as deep soil, under rocks or under the bark of trees, which they had prepared in advance. Hooray for them!
