Hello!
It's your friendly neighborhood Comic Book Guy!
Friday, March 16th 2018 was the start of the 3- day Toronto Comic -Con held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre! What a great place to find your key books, exclusives, video games(retro and new) anime, manga, toys, collectibles , cosplay(ers) , meet celebrities and other fans who might share your hobby or passions!
So I made the journey with my friend Gabriel to attend this wonderful event. I thought I would share some pictures of the event and of my purchases. I didn't buy any major keys today as I am saving for a big one...but I just bought a few books to add to the collection. If you are a nerd at heart and happen to be in town, I strongly suggest you check it out!
FYI....the con was bigger than what the pictures may seem to show. I didn't really start taking pictures until we were halfway through the vendor isle- my bad!
So enjoy & stay frosty!!!

A major key that one day will be mine!!!!!
Gabriel is asking himself Should I or Shouldn't I.
And my purchases!!!!!
Black Panther #2 - First appearance of Shuri, and Moon Knight #1 by David finch...FYI he is Canadian!!!!!
A true believers reprint of Black Panther #1 drawn by the late great Jack Kirby (these are always good to throw into comic book sales on ebay- buyers lover getting extra books!!!!) , and The Amazing Spider-Man #797 Fan Expo variant by Gabriel Dell'Otto (we all know by now there is no Red Goblin in here, but it is a pretty awesome cover!)
Amazing Spider-Man #361 1st appearance of Carnage cover and interior by my all-time favourite spider-man artist Mark Bagley, and A-force #1 by the awesome Jim Cheung.
