I do not remember the R&S comics good as I think like the level Simpsons comics or Rick & Morty comics are like you are just watching an episode of the cartoon, but I mean for something you won't see new episodes of, it does contain a lot of original stories. I think the comics were made in a good enough way where a kid could enjoy them today without knowing who the characters are, but not good enough to probably fill the cravings of the hardcore who don't even consider Ren & Stimpy episodes past the first season cannon because John K had left the show.
