Every one who has ever heard me talk about comics understands my love for the Daredevil character. What makes Marvel Comics so special is in the way they handle different twists that are thrown into the storyline. Fourteen years ago, the man without fear was in charge of leading The Hand. Matt Murdock thought he could utilize The Hand to fight for justice. White Tiger is working both sides of the equation. Besides pretending to help Daredevil, she is also working with a select group of Hand Daimyos to influence Daredevil over to the dark side.

In "Daredevil" issue #508, which was expertly written by Andy Diggle and Antony Johnston, Foggy Nelson, Dakota North and Becky Blake receive video footage from a local precinct of Daredevil murdering Bullseye. Of course, this act was committed while both were battling on the roof of the Javits Convention Center. Either way, the Murdock they know would never kill Bullseye the way he did.

The artwork of Roberto De Le Torre just jumps off the pages, while the color work of Matt Hollingsworth adds to the crispness of the nightscape. The city block that was destroyed during the brawl between Bullseye and Daredevil became Shadowland, a camp set up by Daredevil to protect his warriors and work out strategies. Meanwhile, Elektra is surprised when she is summoned by Master Izo.

What this story proves to me is that the Daredevil character needs to return to the movies and maybe they can get the story right this time!
