Fluxx is a standalone game, not a CCG/TCG. The rules are simple: start with a hand of 3 cards. Draw a card and play a card. However, the cards you play change the rules and win conditions. New Rule cards can be as simple as "draw 2" and "play 3" or as crazy as "draw and play an extra card each turn if you maintain an outrageous accent consistently" in Monty Python Fluxx. Goal cards set the win conditions, and Keepers played on the table in front of you meet those win conditions. Creepers prevent winning, unless the rules say otherwise. It's crazy, with a mix of luck and strategy.

Gotcha. Appreciate the info on it. My gamer friends have tons of card games along with a gazillion awesome board games. I’m going to ask if they have it or know much about it.
