The usual reader just wait that all the problems of the character are solved and everything just take the direction that is supposed to have, but, what if you are the problem of the character? Yes. You. The reader. What if you are their problem? Their motivation? What if you are their objective? As a viewer, there’s no reason to think such thing, but in fact, there are some comics where the narrative just take a whole complete direction in less than a page, making us think about what we know and how did you get there.

To defeat him, they heroes had to put him in a jail on a red sun, guarded by 50 green lanterns, who is an extremely high level of security. But the true moment of impact is when Superman Prime is turned back to his actual Earth by the Time Trapper (Who is a future version of Superman Prime that already won), who was trying to warn him about the future but Superman didn’t believed him. In the end, Superman Prime was sent to his Earth, being able to read the comics where he was defeated, realizing that everyone knew about all that he did, breaking the fourth wall and full of anger, Superman Prime Says to the forums of DC that they haven’t seen the last of him, while his eyes were red, letting us know, that he is in this earth and he still have powers.

In this one, Wade is taken to a mental hospital by the X-men, in this place, a mysterious doctor treats him to heal his madness, but actually hi is trying to wash his brain, the result is that the both voices in Wade’s head “died” and a new voice rise up, changing completely his personality, entering in a kill streak of every Marvel character, no matter how big, or powerful, he manages himself to find a way of killing them in the most darkest ways, even killing the X-Men, using Beast’s skin as a coat like a trophy and executing Spiderman in broad daylight. The reason of all this is because the new voice in Wade, who makes him realize that his life doesn’t matter because he is a comic book character, and because of that, they have to ruin the fun to the readers, forever.
