INGREDIENTS

* 1 kilo of squash
* 2 onions
* 1 red pepper
* 1 garlic
* salt to taste
PREPARATION
° Boil the pumpkin in a pot until it is cooked

put a pot with oil to cook the onion, pepper and garlic
when the onion and this crystalline we add the striped corn and the pumpkin
while he is cooking we add a little of the water where we cook the squash (just a little)
let it cook and stir every so that it does not stick
