That is the sort of research we should be looking at to find viable solutions within the blockchain tech.What @whatsup calls POR does exist - proof of human work (PoH) - and there is some research on it. Captcha is the classic PoH, something that computers find hard but humans find easy.

Well the bots are only one part. The issues was more to get relevant comments by testing if people read the content. So you ask about the content, not decipher a crazy captcha image hehe.
