WORD- either a bridge or a wall- is the cornerstone of universal communication. It holds a power to change the world. It either makes or breaks people, convictions and principles. It is an agent of origin, unity, progress and change. It moves the world and its people. It ignites every spark of belief people have in their minds.
It is the most powerful agent that could strengthen or weaken a belief. The most powerful weapon to enslave yet, the most fortified shield against influence. The power of a single word is immeasurable.
A cuff can chain the body; a lock can slave a man; arsenals can induce fear and surrender; but a word targets the mind. The mind where a promise of freedom resides. It's a mind which nothing can enslaved, nothing but a word.
And if somebody got hold of your belief, he or she got hold of the entire you. Because you will cling to that trust that the other person implanted in your head. He or she mastered you by conquering your thoughts. Just like a special power that anybody can avail and use, words move itself by your command. It moves in the intensity of your will or desire to influence. It has a power which counteract a shield of belief that the other person has established. And from such encounter, rise a catalyst that could either break or unite ideas.
Being an agent of evil or good, it serve its benevolent purpose by facing the right dimension,an angle where subtlety, empathy and well-thought-out impressions are linked. That is why the proper usage of words is very essential to establish a point in an exquisite tone. It leads people to appreciate ideas rather than being offended. Likewise, non-intrusive words hold more power and impact because it give others an impression that everything is said to their advantage; that the idea proposed is a friend that would help and benefit them and not a razor that would cut-cross their minds.
On the contrary, soft words are more razor-like. They thud gently yet deep in a person's mind. It's not the nature that establishes its depth, but the way the listener reacts and accepts it. For the listener won't refuse to hear beautiful words, he or she might take the idea, and that's when the catalyst begin.
Euphenism favors motivation and despises persuasion. It says, "enlighten their minds," and "do not dictate them of what is right and wrong." It loves more to console than to scoff. It signifies "development" of language," and it's not just another subject to make a language complex. It is not just a communication trend; it's an art of influence.
