I think expecting content creators who are doing well and have worked hard to build an audience, brand and reputation for creating solid content regularly to stop doing that, is maybe not a reasonable expectation. To ask someone successful to slow down to allow a chance to be found for people who haven't been willing to put in years of work building their audience, brand and reputation is sort of backwards. I think the people who leave in 3 days, well, they're maybe not Steemit material yet. I was one of those people at first, I wanted/expected a quick buck, not a long haul slow and steady thing. Now I can see the potential and I understand you get out of these platforms what you put in. Posting amazing content and running away to wait for the money to roll in isn't enough, you have to put in comments and build relationships with people.
