Hello,
Again there are bandwidth problems and the little ones have to suffer. By little ones understand those without much SP. This has two effects, one is bad because people get frustrated because almost no interaction is possible and are not convinced by Steem and Steemit. The second is, let's say, good that many spammers can not write. I do not want to talk about the second category but about the newbies who need our support.
Sure, the best solution would be to buy the SP from the market and drive the value of the Steem up, but unfortunately not everyone can afford it or they do not consider the Steem acquisition a top priority.
For those who write good posts and can not afford SP, it is of course bad and a two-sided loss, for themselves and for Steemit.
Luckily, there are so many great people here. Yesterday, @jedigeiss and @theaustrianguy came up with the idea to delegate SP to newcomers. Normally, a single person would have saved the whole thing, but this person is on vacation and that's a good thing because that way the community can show what it can do and how it holds together. The example here is from the D-A-CH Comunnity (German speaking).

Hallo,

And so a few older Steemians have gathered and delegated several 100SPs. Those who made it are: @jedigeiss, @theaustrianguy, @flurgx, @uwelang, @therealwolf, @jeanpi1908 and me until now. If I forgot someone please tell me. I have delegated to the following users: @melvin7, @joe.backpacker, @youngbuffalo, @dpqb, @theobaldjoachim. Like everywhere in life, it comes with a few conditions. I do not want that those who got the delegation to cashout Steem or SBD. The selfvotes should be below 25%. They should write only original posts. These conditions will help the delegates as well as Steemit. Because I like projects on Steemit I have also delegated 100SP to @steembay. Take a look at the account!

Thanks for sharing this @alexvan! I was talking to @uwelang and he pointed me in your direction.
I am currently working on a Steemit Beginners series showing beginners the exact things I did to earn ~$1,000 worth of STEEM in three weeks, with the aim of increasing the ratio of daily active users to incoming users.
I am also looking to start a curation rewards system for undervalued beginners content (which I plan to manually curate myself, alongside anyone else who feels they could help). I work as a consultant for ICOs at the moment, as well as in creating online courses - I am planning to release a Steemit beginners course which I will give for free to new users.
If you would be interested in helping in any way, please let me know and we can start doing some work together. I really want to help new users, and I think giving rewards to great content is the best way to do so.
Thanks again for sharing!
Thanks for being part and helping Alex, this actually is exactly the spirit that makes the difference !
Kind regards
Jan
Thanks, I'm also going through the same thing and it's frustrating
wooow this is very supportive.
If we only have few more people like you here who have this great spirit of support ans wisdom we would see millions joining every time.
You are doing a great job. I loved your post to be honest.
I’ve been having these problems for the last couple days (I had no idea about bandwidth before) being new I was very scared I was being punished. There is a lot to learn about steemit! I had 5 friends sign up in the last couple days and I made sure to warn them about this so they don’t make mistakes like I did. (I edited a couple posts several times not knowing) hopefully my bandwidth problems will be resolved in a couple days. I’m afraid to comment/ post too much in the meantime.
Thanks for helping out the community, i've been having bandwidth problems too, i've not been able to comment or post for 2 whole days, the first thing i actually did when i had bandwidth was post a lease on minnowbooster... atm i'm on winter break from university, i wanted to spend the whole day reading blogs and writing good posts, but i guess i need more SP to do that.
THX a lot, in the name of @steembay, although we have neither bandwidth problems nor can we avoid selfvotes, your delegation will make it easier to continue developing the project, and keep the service free.
Yes, I learned the bandwidth problem yesterday morning. It took me by surprise because I had no idea what was happening. I bought Steem Power and that solved the problem for me. I think it is very kind of you to be so supportive of us minnows...thank you!
It is quite frustrating since it’s often the small users so eager to get started and participate. Once you hit over 50SP you seem to be safe from this problem roughly.
Thanks so much for helping the new users. I've been having a lot of problems with the low bandwidth issues myself. Someone was nice enough to deligate me 20 steempower which has been very helpful. I've pretty much stopped recruting new users to the platform. I will continue to do so once, either I have enough steempower to help new users, or the issue is resolved. Either way I love the platform and wish you the best of success in your endeavors...
This is an awesome idea!! I've been struggling with the bandwidth problem quite a bit and it really is frustrating-- there's over 12 hours a day I can't make any action on the platform.
I can't wait to not have these issues! And who knows, maybe someday someone will stop on by and hook me up.. until then, I'll keep dreaming!
my bandwidth arrive almost -300 today. so I need such a knowledge. it will be very helpful for me. I also share a post about bandwidth limitaitions. its language turkish but if you wanna read here. thank you very much for this great post. https://steemit.com/tr/@steemitci/bandwidth-limit-exceeded-problemi-hakkinda-oeneriler
Excelente amigo, muy buena labor, ojala algún pudiese ser uno de los afortunados.
Thank you for this post,me as a newbie is very challenging to me as I can not afford sp for now.
I'm not noticing any problems myself and I only have around 31SP. I seem to be hovering around 50 to 60% bandwidth after I've posted a few comments, so luckily I don't have to buy more.
This is definitely an issue and it's good to see people with a higher level of influence caring and doing their best to help bring the issue to light.
Thanks for the German/English side by side by the way, it made reading easy for me. :)
Complaining about the shite system didn't get me any free SP.
Grrr. :( ;)
very good
Hi @alexvan,
It's so nice to find people like you, that really take care of the community under this scenario.
Can you, please, take a look at this message (it's not a scam) and maybe you or your friends can help these minnows?

Thanks again!
I am curious about how to get a lot of profit from steemit, although good compositions without power will not get anything, just hoping for support from good people, I'm new here please support my every post ya? in latifah1
good dear @alexvan
Thanks for sharing! A link to your post was included in the Steem.center wiki article about Bandwith. Thanks and good luck again!!
It great to see how you are delegating some of your SP out, there this will help many adopt to the steem blockchain.
You can consider @credo community for future delegation, the community introduce several newbies weekly and need some delegation to support these newbies.
