Community building is a sacrifice which everyone must undergo to change the face of the platform because truth be heard, the minority steem power holders (accounts with 5,000 sp and below) are the majority on the platform and they are also the driving force of this great platform.
Sadly though, many still see themselves as unable to become leaders or even capable of helping themselves.
