Communities and problems in maintaining communities

Once when I joined one of the #steemit communities and tried to build a community. I think to build community and invite my friends to join and there is no excessive purpose, we just want to learn together and share the knowledge we have.

When i'm first join the community is crowded. Some of our meetings are very fun and have a high sense of kinship, then we promise to always be compact in every way. We have enormous optimism to build a bigger community and know more people. We even tried to invite other friends to join and help create a #steemit account for them. But there are times where the community we build with the goal to learn and share knowledge for this common progress will over time die. There must be a reason why that could happen .....?

The reason is simple. The community we build does not have a schedule and meeting place that all members of the community can access. How can we explain to others that our community is true and has a clear, concrete goal to be able to invite others to join the community we have built. There are some things that make our community was chaotic and almost the community we build is vacum because this community is fully rely on the availability of time and energy of one two people only. His name is just a community, if only rely on one two people alone and this person is busy themselves, it is certain the community will wither before growing.

Another reason is KADERIZATION. The term is indeed formal in a community / organization and the creation of a cadre-up of members who have a passion for building a community is very important and it becomes the duty of community leaders to print cadres who can bring the community's good name to grow and be known in the community.

But @suheri, @khusairi and I'm @herryazmi11 as #promo-steemrural community officials do not remain silent with what is happening in the #promo-stemrural community and we are trying to re-establish this community and invite new friends to join us and also make meetings with the members which has been long to discuss how to keep this community running as its original goal. And we will be opening #steemit-class to newly joined steemians with our community with the aim that they can manage their #steemit accounts well and can have a positive impact on this incredible #steemit platform.

Involved a community is one thing that has a positive impact in one's life to continue to grow. It is not uncommon for a person to be faster forward and eager to learn something if they enter a community that suits their interests. And no harm can be generated from a community that grows from a good purpose to give a positive impact for the people.

Getting people to join the community is easy. But getting them to stay in the community is not easy.
