Press on! More power to you

The sad thing about smartphones and photography on Steemit is such is the stupefying volume of pix taken that just last year alone more pix were taken than in the entire time since photography began.

So it would be very easy to totally deluge Steemit with 'original' imagery totally without any artistic or cultural merit.

There are only so many ways you can photograph a steaming plate of chicken curry.

So while I do ardently believe 'a photograph is worth a thousand words' and 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and requires neither comment nor critique to justify its existence or value

BECAUSE you're going to be overwhelmed with visual trash if you don't demand a written account with each submission I FORGIVE YOU, sir!

I do not deny, but there is a better way to be rewarded for photographs. Look at this post for more details. Also you can use bescouted tag, which is a different community. The reason I am not going to vote for a photograph is that, I am not a perfect judge of what is good vs what is average.

Hope that makes sense.

It certainly does. And thank you. I know both sites. They're for real

Bescouted is a great creative community and I hope it succeds brilliantly
