I thought the secret was limiting them to one datacenter (sfo) then they'd be fine... but within a couple of hours they all just went to 0 instances... maybe I need to play with min or max uptime or something. My problem is that the dicebots seem to be used through a stack of different timezones, so I'm wary to mess with them too much.
