more out of the same people. The best thing is to ask them what they want to do and where they themselves think they should spend their time on. I honestly believe if Steemit Inc was willing to share the things that needed to be done and who was willing to pick up a few tasks we would make a huge jump forward in a short time. I think we pretty much are on the same page for this one. If you motivate people to love what they do and let them enjoy it then they will throw themselves into the work. There are plenty of way to reward people without it being financial.
