We all know about the state...I am lately concerned about the large multi-national companies that do the bidding of the state. As a small business owner, many regulations are supported by large companies that are impossible for small companies. Large companies are totally in bed with the state in the US.

You nailed it. Big corporations are the ones that pay for the laws and regulations that work on their benefit to be elaborated in the name of government.
