That is the first I've ever heard that about my home state.
It's a compliment. I grew up in Louisiana if you wanted to go to the beach, that's where you went. My sister currently lives in Jacksonville and she seems to really like it.
Jax is crazy, I've only been there for Dave and busters and cruises.
