RE: Announcing the Launch of Hive Blockchain

in #communityfork5 years ago

The team behind Hive has no idea how to improve upon Steem, as they have made clear in their Steemit post.

It is possible that the Hive team has malicious intentions. They obviously are a group of powerful Steem accounts and with Steemit Inc out of the way this group will be more powerful on the new network. Maybe they had an agenda to get Steem out of the way.

Steem was poorly designed, as are each of Dan Larimers projects. Each project is completely centralized.

The Steem community does not care about anything other than personal interests. Rather than acknowledging the fact that the network is easy to attack, everyone is shifting blame to Justin Sun. The Steem community stole tokens from him and he used his connections to get them back. If Justin was malicious he would have minted new Steem tokens, traded them, and crashed the Steem token price to $0.

It's fair to say that no one in the community knows anything about fairness, decentralization, governance, etc..

This is a very uninspiring community. No one wants to focus on the problems that need to be solved, you all are completely useless.
