Solve slow PC problems

in #computers8 years ago

Have you ever noticed that your computer is slowing down more and more over time. Have you ever been frustrated about the time your PC is taking to get started? Or how long time does it take before you can use it once you reached your desktop?

So what's going on?

No, your computer is not getting old and it's not even dying. So you don't need to buy a new one yet.

Over the time you were installing all that software you have on your computer and just pressing Next, next ”without knowing what you are doing” some of these programs trying to rule your computer startup and changing it's behavior leaving you with a very bad computer performance which make you start looking for the biggest hammer you have to smash down your PC and leave peacefully :)

No, This not the solution to solve this problem. Instead let's see what you need to do to get your computer health and performance as it was before. ”at least when you start it up”

You don't need to remove all those software and empty your harddisk, But you need to get back some control in which programs that allowed to run on startup.

In 2 simple steps you can get the best performance out of your computer.

1st you need to configure startup programs using the Microsoft Configuration tool (msconfig.exe) we can easily control what’s running at startup and disable the things we would prefer to just start manually after boot.

Press super or Windows key on your keyboard

Then type msconfig.exe and hit Enter

This will open msconfig windows and there we need to configure startup programs from the Task manager:

Once your task manager is opened selcet the programs that you want to prevent from starting when you start your computer and deactivate them.
