"They always warn you of the wolves but never about the sheep." ~Josh Scogin~
Most of us have heard of the old phrase "beware of wolves in sheeps clothing." Which is a fair warning when applied to life in general. After all, the best predators are the ones who don't come off as predators to the un-discerning eye.
Most of us have been suckered by or preyed upon in some fashion at some point by somebody who had us totally fooled that they were something or some one they were not.
These are what we might call wolves in sheeps clothing.
I'd like to touch upon something that is seldom spoke about but has effected basically everyone in society.
The sheep...
The sheep are not overtly malicious. They are not even covertly malicious.
These are people who genuinely believe they are doing the right thing.
They have been corralled and mind controlled like farm animals to do the bidding of those far more evil and sophisticated than they are.
●These are the people who would have turned in run- away slaves to their "rightful owners" in the pre civil war American colonies.
●These are the people who informed upon Jewish and other undesireables to the SS during Hitler's Germany.
●These are the people who take jobs at agencies like the IRS, courthouses and police forces and actually believe they are doing a good thing, when they follow immoral orders and enforce statutes that ruin peoples lives who have harmed no one.
●These are the people who "support law enforcement and military" no matter how insane and immoral their actions are.
The short of it is: These are the ones who never stop to ask, "is it right?" Only, "Is it legal." As if that somehow absolves them of any personal responsibility of right and wrong action.
Adolf Hitler is often given the blame for WW2's atrocities, but without the willful ignorance of order followers who carried out this psychopath's wishes the world would have never so much as known Adolf Hitler's name.
What we need far more than "good leaders", are people who are lead by sound morals, principles, and righteousness.
Those who are simply unwilling to cooperate with evil.
No matter how popular, pragmatic or legal it may be.
