The development of consciousness towards truth looks to me like a huge spiral traveling up infinitely far. As it throws off falsehoods, limiting beliefs, trigger responses which have given guidance, etc, the spiral tightens and spins faster. It’s heading towards what might be called the bindu of singular Truth or Tao, but it can never really be obtained or seen or even named:
“The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name. The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth. The named is the mother of ten thousand things.”
Growth is what life does. If your spirit and soul are alive, please prioritize your own growth for the benefit of all life around you. Face hard truths by letting go of the falsehoods and let your body release the energy it has stored that gives those falsehoods power.
