I never got the whole fainting thing... Music can give you goose pimples and I guess you can get that from a person who's doing something to give you that feeling... But I can't understand the screaming and fainting... Do people start screaming at the sight of their idol because the fan next to them is screaming? This has got to be a man-made reaction and a new generation trend...
Legends like Elvis, MJ, Madonna... Definitely all had great talent but being around at the right time was essential... If their music wasn't right for the time time, they may have not have made it.
Today's talent is increasingly exploited... Potential stars with talent want to be famous and on the TV and their actual talent becomes secondary and diluted... Managers with other ideas and money behind them can use this vanity for their own agenda, whatever that is...
