Thank you for providing your well thought out breakdown. I think you may be onto something. I just found another cell phone video in which the people in the video are fleeing out of the gate 7 area toward and through the parking lot of the Oasis Apartments. The shooter is not over there. The sounds in the video do not sound close enough for the shooter to be there. If the shooter were those people in the video would have been quick targets below.

It is also reported that their was automatic fire near the Bellagio over 30 minutes AFTER the shooting at the Mandalay Bay was already over ("Be advised that now we are getting shots fired at Caesars and the Bellagio"), which is even further North up the Vegas strip. Did the 2nd shooter flee the Northern AMPM scene after the fairground shooting was finished, start heading north into New York New York attempted to escape during all the concussion but is made as a possible shooter once inside the building forcing him to open fire and then flee the area ("Control 35-SD we have possible reports of shots fired inside New York New York") forcing him to turn around the direction he came from and head back south towards the Excalibur ("We're getting a 415A, from the advisor that there was a shooter at the front desk. They have records at the 415A at New York there might of been an active shooter possibly coming down the escalator from New York New York to Excalibur"), where he then gets into an RV across the street from the Excalibur near the Tropicana ("There is 1 WMA (White Male Adult) in black fatigues in a white RV off of Cobalt and Tropicana"), where he again attempts to head North away from the main focal point fairground crime scene, but is then confronted and stopped by police shortly after near the intersection of the Bellagio and Caesars Palace, after which a short period (stand-off) is then forced to either attempt to shoot his way out with the police or is shot by police ("Be advised that now we are getting shots fired at Caesars and the Bellagio")... All of which in my opinion appears to best match all the evidence attached to this event (audio analysis, video analysis, location analysis, timeline analysis, police transmission analysis, logical analysis...).
Anyways, just my 2 cents...
