Don't want to go down the conspiracy line but here are my thoughts...I believe he (Paddock) was in a difficult situation. He was then contacted and he was offered the job. I believe they would have known he had certain grievances base on his social media network... He was then provided with the necessary weapons and base on the state of his relationship with "Dal", he would have seen it as redemption as she would be afforded a pleasant life in the USA. His act of terror was her insurance for a better life... the bigger question who was in communication with him and what they hope to achieve or what distraction this act would have cause...once again this probably has no merit just sharing base on what I have read
