I have just finished reading Wild Swans, autobiography by Jung Chang, and what she describes of China in her lifetime, is truly tragic. The catastrophe will not be from the climate change, but from believing them. With HARP and other systems being developed by various countries, it is possible they will do something to cause earthquakes, storms and droughts.
