Flagrant misconduct and misrepresentation to the Court are reasons for Federal Judge Navarro to deny the Federal Prosecutors' Motion for New Trial.
Coupled with this denial, Judge Navarro should also issue an Order to Dismiss, with prejudice, for Cliven Bundy and each of his co-Defendants.
Also, Judge Navarro should grant the Motions to Pay Monetary Damages, and Motion to Restore Cattle Grazing Rights by Cliven Bundy and his co-Defendants.
