Can You Handle The Truth About Conspiracy Theories?

in #conspiracy7 years ago

“Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty.” - John Basil Barnhill 1914

A recent survey seems to indicate that more and more people are gaining a healthy distrust for their government and this is creating quite the conundrum for the powers that ought not to be. In an effort to counter this with propaganda a man by the name of Dr. David Grimes published a paper “proving” that conspiracy theories don’t add up by using math and statistics. The paper is called “On The Viability of Conspiratorial Beliefs” and was published in the open-access peer-reviewed journal PLOS One. This paper may be the best example of why “peer-reviewed” doesn’t equal scientific proof!

In this video

Dan Dicks of Press For Truth celebrates the new numbers of awakened individuals while at the same time completely debunking and destroying the paper "on the viability of conspiratorial beliefs".

The idea that a bunch of Saudis got together to hijack planes to fly into buildings is by definition a conspiracy theory. All of those who accept that paper's thesis should consider the events of 9-11 as a very unlikely set of accidents.

i have a conspiracy theory that part of the current linguistic trappings of modern english one can not help but set ourselves up for more of these deep state affairs.

because we spend a lot of attention fighting over what had happened to focus it on what is happening right now whenever moment u are reading this and wherever you are.

obsessing over the past will only recreate it because the future is made by those who know that the past is a ghost story and the future will be stolen by those who never consider the now.

so i don't know.

Press for Truth, you are awesome. Keep doing the great work , you are doing. Love and Respect from a Pakistani.

I like dtube, but sometimes it's way too slow. Thank you for posting your content on YouTube as well! Don't like their policies, but the product works.....

The guy “proving” that conspiracy theories are false is probably on the government’s covert payroll.

Great Video...TFS...I resteemed this...more people need to see this...good work👋🏼

Interesting fact is that there's a lot of conspiracy theories before that were actually proven true only after many years. I guess the passing of time reveals a lot if not all.

Good post. I can't wait to see the coming information dump about the Kennedy assassination.

Some of the documents about Lee Harvey Oswald were already scheduled to be released but they couldn't be found. I read an article the other day that explained that most likely the info released will be a mix of truth and lies to further obfuscate the truth in a way described as a 'limited hangout'. That doc was here:
https://steemit.com/dtube/@pressfortruth/trbca9gh#@steinstein/re-pressfortruth-trbca9gh-20171023t011148134z

But the absolute best source of info I've seen on the truth about the JFK assassination is from this video: (and I've watched a lot of documentaries about it)

For anyone who takes the time to look at just a few declassified documents on the CIA or FBI website, or the Edward Snoden files, or Wikileaks, one soon realizes how many 'conspiracy theories' - even the most crazy sounding - are actually true. I was blown away to see an actual NSA document on Wikileaks detailing that the Samsung F series TV's actually have hidden have microphones in them for purposes of spying on us.

Then there are some people who would just rather live in ignorant bliss and will even make up bizarre lies to keep from changing their false beliefs or learning that they were wrong. These people get all their info from TV, newspapers and Wikipedia but most of them never seek to learn or question because they think they already know it all. The people in this group quickly identify themselves and get angry when I start talking about the facts of 9/11 or other scandals and they start arguing nonsense about magic bullets and just repeating what they've been told.

Using the term conspiracy theory is consenting to the lexicon created by the CIA and thus any material using such terms should be regarded as propaganda or disinformation fabricated to mislead investigation and researchers.

I have found a filmed "nano-drones " in my aparment block and dozens of other places , found holographic pictures in mountains showing historical (antideluvian)scenes , found proof of alien tech breeding inside humans and much more , most conspiracy buffs are waaaay behind the curve .
