What is happening with the weather around the world? Hailstorm in the middle of hot summer in Africa while weather turns tropical across Siberia in December. Unexpectedly sleeping volcanoes awaken, powerful tsunamis slam the coastal cities, deadly earthquakes rattle the ground... Here and there people talk about a "Climate War". If that's true and if there really is someone working on controlling the climate in some secret laboratories and bases the world is in great danger, an even bigger danger than the nuclear one...
The two superpowers began to accuse each other of "Climate War" in 1970s. Secret files show that such programs really did exist but how advanced are they now?

It is widely known that during the Vietnam War (1955-1975), Americans used chemicals to change climate. They managed to increase rainfall in Vietnam by 30% which destroyed the "Ho Chi Minh road" which was a key road for transporting weapons and food by Vietnamese soldiers.
Reportedly hurricane tests have been taking place in the US in the years from 1962 to 1983. The secret project was called "Furious Storm". It is known that higher water temperatures in the ocean can cause hurricane formations.
On December 10, 1976 general assembly of United Nations accepts "Convention on the prohibition of the military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques". Climate control is forbidden since by any form. This means that "Climate War" officially cannot be declared. Still scientists in many countries believe that work in this direction goes on.
Many believe that HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is causing and will keep causing natural disasters around the globe. In fact meteorological anomalies have become more frequent and powerful since the installation of HAARP in 1960s.
I think Climate War is real and is happening right now. What do you think?
I have thought for some time that HAARP is being tested to both perfect its potential for when needed. Additionally the US don't seem as concerned by global warming as other countries this could be because they will be able to control the climate by the time the ozone layer depletes enough for the polar caps to melt. Anyway ive digressed slightly there, but to finish, my first thoughts when i heard about the recent tornadoes and earthquakes were that it was HAARP related activity.
