I have seen a couple of these devices and I can say with certainty they are utter bullshit. There was a lot of interest in the GEET engine from some prominent steemians a few months ago. Someone even went to NH to hang out with a guy claiming he had built such an engine, he hadn't. It is possible to split water into hydrogen with electrolysis but it takes a lot of energy for the amount of gases you get. You can prove the GEET engine is bullshit at home; get an extension cord a Pyrex baking dish and a couple of glass jars and some salt and water. Split the end of the extension cord and strip the ends and put one end in each jar, fill the tray and invert the jars under water so that they are upside down on top of one of the electrodes and full of water. Plug it in, you will see gas starting to come off of each electrode. One will have twice as much as the other, that's the hydrogen. Then see how long that it takes 120 volts to fill a small jar with hydrogen. Way too long to run any sort of engine off of.
As a lifelong motorsports enthusiast, gear head, mechanic, and internal combustion nutter, I can say with certainty that you are absolutely correct in your assessment that this is "utter bullshit." I won't get into the details, but yeah, you're right. :-P
Yes I read up on the issues regarding the energy used being more than the output though there are a few points about how these water powered engines might actually be viable or at least very close to being viable, different points about hitting resonant frequencies of water molecules, how physics change in a vacuum, and even the notion of ambient energy from the atmosphere.... There is so much that mainstream science fails to mention with regards to the electromagnetic nature of the universe, there are some pretty mind-blowing discoveries. The world completely defies physics at the quantum level, makes absolutely no sense to classical physics at all.... It's all energy dude, nothing but.
What was happening in the video I watched was that the fellow proved that an engine will continue to run for a while, albeit barely, with somewhat watered down gasoline. It died under load. It takes a lot of energy for electrolysis and a lot of energy is lost in the process as heat and so burning the resulting hydrogen will always result in less energy. Its just the law of the conservation of energy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservation_of_energy
I felt sort of bad for the GEET engine guy after I watched the video, if you have a video that seems compelling let me have a look at it and I can probably tell you what is going on there.
No but there are videos, the emissions are very clean, in fact one video I saw measured the emissions to be cleaner than the air going into the intake. It appears to use considerably less petroleum ect than a normal gas engine. I think you originally meant the hydrogen fuel cells which are different to geet and use electrolysis to separate the hydrogen though it's possible there is a viable way of doing this economically.... Do you think it is possible that oil companies would prevent people from exploring "free" energy alternatives?
The laws of physics prevent people from creating free energy alternatives. I have studied this GEET engine theory, the exhaust from a lawnmower is just not going to turn anything into plasma and if it did it would not create a strong enough current for electrolysis or to "crack the molecules". That guys molecules were cracked. Think about it, if plasma was splitting molecules into their component atoms why wouldn't the fuel burn up right there? why would it even make it to the combustion chamber? what will happen when you pour cold water in there?
Its a compelling theory because it is sciencey. There are plasma garbage incinerators:
They produce little or no excess energy though and the units are massive. The advantage is they allow the incineration of hazardous and other difficult types of waste.
If you want a free energy generator build a regular gasifier, you can use pretty much any dry biomass as fuel, wood or coconut husks for example. Its a tried and true technology and you can easily convert an automobile or electric generator. It's "free energy" assuming you can get wood chips or other biomass for free.

Conservation of energy
In physics, the law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant, it is said to be conserved over time. This law means that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed/transferred from one form to another. For instance, chemical energy is converted to kinetic energy when a stick of dynamite explodes. If one adds up all the forms of energy that were released in the explosion, such as the kinetic energy of the pieces, as well as heat and sound, one will get the exact decrease of chemical energy in the combustion of the dynamite.
I know this stuff happens to shut down this work as a friend of our family had the nock on the door to stop what he was doing with water powered engines.

Note, his video does not include one running.

That is fascinating, was it something they had put a lot of work into?
Yes he and his friend worked on it together for some years.
Damn! This looks great. Sorry I am four days late to get to it. Apparently steemit.chat no longer works for me. No idea why. Are you on Discord?
Yeah I'm on discord occasionally. No need to upvote on my comments man. Thanks Sam, and keep it unreal!
