It was an unusually cold, dark and wet day today... put a bit of a dampener on what had otherwise been a very beautiful week of spring.
Just around our evening coffee time — 6:30-ish — the sun suddenly poked through the leaden dark gray clouds for a moment.
Mrs. Denmarkguy captured the photo of the double rainbow that briefly showed up... with one end appearing to be in our newly planted vegetable garden.

The old saying goes that "there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow." I'd like to think that means we'll have a bumper crop, this year!
Today was "World Labyrinth Day." Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, this became the first time we have ever held virtual World Labyrinth Day... which turned out to be a remarkable success, with a 24-hour live broadcast that followed labyrinth enthusiasts across the globe, starting with facilitators in New Zealand and making its way through all 24 time zones till the sign-off in Hawaii, this evening.
Made me realize how — in spite of our different locations, time zones and cultures — we're so often working with these trying times, rather than against them.

It's going to be a somewhat short and simple post, today. Both Mrs. Denmarkguy and I were on the event group "GoToMeeting" call for much of the time it was on, so sleep is in order.
But back to the rainbow, for a moment..
We say things like "there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow," but what are we really wishing for? What would you hope to find, at the end of YOUR rainbow?
Happiness? Gold? The Meaning of Life? The answer to your dreams? True love? What...?
Just something to reflect on.
Have a beautiful rest of your weekend!

Your labyrinth is gorgeous!
My rainbow story: A rainbow appeared a couple decades ago when we were coming home and it looked like one end was on our farm. As we got closer it looked like it was behind the barn. Even closer it looked like it ended in our stable's manure pile!
Thank you @goldenoakfarm, and thanks for sharing that awesome story!
Reminds me a bit of a rainbow we spotted about a decade ago, and when we looked closer, it ended in the "STOP" sign at the end of our street....
This is my view about the pot at the end of the rainbow my friend!
Take care!
That's a beautiful sentiment @papilloncharity, thank you! I expect I'd take a very similar approach.
My pleasure and glad that you liked it.
Hope that you will have a good week!
Love both these shots who doesnt enjoy a rainbow after the ain't dn the Labyrinth in your garden is awesome!!!!
Thank you @tattoodjay, the labyrinth was one of the first improvements we made to the garden here, after moving into the house... it was inspired by a trip we'd made to Mt. Shasta the summer before, where we found an amazing labyrinth on a lavender farm.
Thats so cool, I have seen similar in mt travels but generally in commercial settings or farms so cool that you did one there
