I think you can choose 5 winners per contest
1st = 5SBD+200 SP (delegation forone week)
@nd = 5 SBD only
3rd = 3 SBD + 100 SP delegation
4th=3 SBD only
5th = 100 SP delegation

    I hadn't thought of delegation that would be a good idea, but there are some issues with it. Takes 7 days before you can reuse returned steem so the steem would be out two weeks to loan for one week.
