This well-known and loved Filipino dish is commonly called as Adobong Baboy(Humba in my dialect). It involves meat (pork or chicken ) and vegetables usually marinated with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black beans and brown sugar for sweetness. My mother, on the other hand,follows her own recipe where refuses to add vinegar and only uses coke to sweeten it. Although it sounds ridiculous I promise it that it changes the game.
