It is nice to get paid to post thoughts, but it is also depressing to see a dollar amount attached to your post. Especially when that dollar amount keeps going and going and going down. 
So in honor of the price crash, lets hear what we can do to keep our spirits up, for the best suggestions I will give you a 100% up vote. Put them in the comments below.

Look, we are building wealth, relationships, and sharing talents here. We gonna have bad days as we have good days.....be in it for the love of doing what we do here and all else will be ok. I never came here expecting turn earn one penny, but I do earn some so that makes it sweet, but loving the atmosphere is what's so satisfying to me. Just post on Steemit family...... I enjoy what everyone I follow share.
Since September 13 of 2017, which obtained its value of $ 1.60, both the capitalization and the net value of Steem have declined. I have the idea that the series of problems that has happened to the community, such as that there are problems to comment, vote or post, that certain functions fail or only stop, is linked to the decline in the prices of the currency that moves this community, the STEEM.
On the other hand, a lower price of Steem would allow new users to buy and buy more of our cryptocurrencies, which in theory accelerates the rate at which the power is rebalanced with respect to the fluctuating net value and capitalization itself, but with an endless price of Steem in downward spiral, will be little motivation for new investors to enter. Since the only immediate response (although not in the long term) is to lose money.
MY SUGGESTIONS:
I can agree you that it's depressing.
Especially to those who have large amounts of Steem.
I don't have much of it, so I am taking chances to buy some more, while the prices are low.
I believe we're somewhere around bottom, and that it shouldn't go lower than this (average cost of mining 1btc is around 6500$ if I'm not mistaken, so it shouldn't go below 6k$).
1.7$ Steem and 1.3$ SBD is a bargain, in my opinion.

My only suggestion ....Keep Steeming...Steem On !! As we have ups and down phases in life...and we dont give up...similarly, the ups and down are part of crypto we should not give up so easily. It will rise...up up up and awayyyy👍
I am not depressed over the price crash. I struggled on my own to discover how to purchase cryptocurrency. Many people still believe there is only ONE coin (Bitcoin). Once the walk-in exchanges are regulated and up-and-running, and marketed--- many more people will get their cryptos and the exchanges will pop.
My recommendation, and I have applied it up to now, is to be positive, publish as we have been doing, take advantage of learning a little more with what we publish all.

in the world of crypto, I think that for the price fall it's normal for it to hurt for now, so like this bitcoin then steem follow, so let's just say bitcoin at the price beginning of 2014, then we assume the increase never happened .. Do not be discouraged, hopefully, our steem value is back in the bitcoin preliminary price of 0.006btc if not mistaken, and we should never see the price first when we are in steemit, make funny content or humor story maybe a little will cure our disappointment when we price steem fall down ...😊 Mr . @bigram13
It is definitely depressing, but we should not decline because of this, the drop in the price of sbd is noticeable, but in the world of cryptocurrencies this is more common than we think, fluctuations are present daily and even more so with the abrupt fall btc, what we must keep in mind is that as it falls can also rise and with it raise our sbd, I think you have to keep the sbd and steem reserved for when you recover price, stay calm and have a cold mind, this bad weather will happen ! Well yes it is indeed depressing .yet we should keep on going and at the end it will continue to do so who knows it might get pumped soon as well ;)
Well, anybody that has been around for a while will know what is likely to happen in the last six months of the year. So, in order to be prepared for the second half of the year, I will encourage people to keep posting.
We should also remember that the lower the price, the more sp rewards which intern means more steem. Though the value may be down, we should understand that this is an opportunity to get more STEEM reward.
This is also the best time to invest.. As in buy more STEEM now.
And more importantly, we are in the season of the world cup tournament. Let's just forget about the price for now and enjoy the game and hopefully after moment, we will come back and see a moon in price.
My best suggestion for now is to post more than we use to. Keep posting and keep accumulating the Steem for the good days to come.
The trick is this, when the Steem price is down, you earn more Steem on payouts and when the price rises again, all of those "extra" Steem you just earned will be worth more too
I just remind myself that we are 'mining' Steem, and not mining the price of Steem. Its actually a good time to earn some cheap Steem! If Steem goes up 5x then you have earn 5x on the Steem you have earnt.

It's totally depressing you know steemit is just under 1.70 but what can we do? The truth is this community is thriving because of so the engagements and fun we have meeting people and forming Friendship, but however we're all brooding over SBD and STEEM
However we all need to get over this by doing something more mind blowing and interesting, and well the first thing I will suggest The Steem FIFA World Cup Fantasy League this one is hosted by @acidyo, since the world cup is on, it would be an amazing Way to get over the market bruhaha, by playing fantasy football and actually watching as well.
Now the second will be to stay away from the market, keep holdl and well keep saving STEEM and buying.
Lastly would be to take a vacation maybe a week time off steemit, visit the beach and all.
What to do to keep our spirits up... find some humorous posts on steemit to lighten the mode and help keep things in perspective.

Honestly I think it's a good time for it to happen. It's summer so we can spend more time outside and not be forced to be stuck inside looking at the shitty prices of tokens/coins!
Enjoy the summer and by the time the cold winter comes back it'll be back up and hitting ATH's!

I used hand tools and enjoyed an audiobook in the background while building this. Super relaxing and therapeutic. So try and get your hands dirty. That's my suggestion. Cheers
I woke up and directly came look for your post and I must say, you nailed it. The price has got me so depressed especially my earnings, whenever I want to type something. I loose motivation and fall asleep.
My Suggestion: To keep our spirit up is taking time to appreciate and spend time with our loved ones and family. Taking a bottle of beer with friends and even making jokes about the price. That will make one feel better.
In the market the fluctuation of the value of the cryptocurrencies is normal, what to do to help raise the value?
1.- First of all do not sell steem or sbd
2.- Try to upload our steem power
With the restriction of steem in circulation we will be collaborating to improve the price.

Rejoice and BUY THE DIP.... As depressing as the prices on our posts may look, this is the time when we should be getting our hands on more steem. If we do we will have HUGE smiles on our faces as we come out on the other end when we look at the sie of our wallets. If that isn't enough to make you smile then you should close your eyes to steem for a little while and ignore the price on your post while you enjoy some World Cup Soccer.
The great part about the price being down is we get to see who the active and loyal steemians are. This could be a great time to find some great content and build relationships.
We should not look at the price value attached to our posts that much. If you truly enjoy being here on Steemit, striving for our own improvements should be enough for now. Stay away from negativism and criticism. If we would get lots of rewards every time, we might not give the best we can. We would probably not be as innovative. There would be a photo and one sentence instead of more photos and some interesting stories we read every day. We need some motivation to find more people that will want to follow our humble stories. No struggle makes us ignorant and lazy. Keep working hard! And have fun with it :)

Dedicate more time to another passion of yours. Do you love music? Ger yourself off to a gig. Are you a sports fan? Go to the big match.. Or even find a new passion.. there are so many and the Internet and steemit make the world so small that there are loads of people right at your fingertips to chat and interact with about these passions..
Just give it time, and like a pendulum it'll swing back to better times.
Invite your friends. That is what I do. When they arrive in this low and sad steem prices, they are getting happy with the rising steem price.
Also they start to earn more. So... Win win?
You don't have to worry about the price crash when you realize that you are still being paid the same amount of SP. The units of SP are what I am focusing on. I am still trying to grow my influence.
I fully expect that the price of Steem will increase, so I am anticipating a future return. If I were focusing on pulling out money from the Steem ecosystem then I would be scared.
