The recepie is very simple...About 6 large potatoes, a little bit milk ( to cover potatoes to keep them nicely yellow), about 6 tablespoons of flour, 6 cloves of garlic and 4 tablespoons of marjoram, salt and 2 eggs. Brush the potatoes, milk them, add eggs, flour, salt and spices (garlic needs to be chopped gently), and let stand the dough for a while to make it all together. The dough is rather sparse, dont worry and dont put in much more flour its not necessary. In the pan, heat the oil and fry into gold. Thats it! Enjoy!
