Awwwwwe thanks! No really, THANKS! This put a big ol smile on my face after a horrible weekend. My father died yesterday so this award strikes me twice. The recipe I noted was adapted from one of my father's favorite dishes. He didn't like the ginger, and he never stuffed the chicken bits. Thanks for the chance to share recipes with the world. And thanks for the awesome gift/award/surprise. It's going to go a lot farther than you might think. PLEASE keep up your contests here for everyone to partake of. Awesome screen/nick name btw. lol
