American TV does this with even just regular soccer. Why don't Americans like soccer? Because they can't watch it without an absurdly expensive cable package plus an extra soccer add on. 😥 You CAN watch it on Telemundo, but not American teams, and my Spanish is NOT good enough to keep up with that announcer, lol.
You don't need to know much Spanish. Most of the time they talk about irrelevant things like the score from a USSR-Yugoslavia game. The main words are: "gol", "golazo" (great goal), "esquina" or "corner", "falta" (foul), "mediocampo" (midfielder). I have to watch a game to refresh my memory. I'm sure you can find glossaries on the internet.
Telemundo also shows the occasional international match, including this year's World Cup.
I remember having to watch the World Cup in Spanish because the English-language feeds were awful, cutting to ads and showing a whole-screen graphic after a kickoff.

You should check out the travel show called "Departures". It's a bit different than the usual shows because the two "hosts" and the cameraman are around 27 years old. One traveler I would describe as knowledgeable, responsible, and well traveled. The other I would describe as a little reckless, wild, and "new to the world" (he hadn't really traveled before). It results in a great team. The filmography and the soundtrack in this show are top-notch too. Can't recommend it enough!!

I completely forgot about Game of Thrones. I love this show too though I'm a little miffed that they changed the story from the book...but then again I can't really blame them since the show will be over long before the books are finished.
I think they did a pretty great job of converting from book to show.

Absolutely. There are just a few deviations I wasn't fond of. Still one of the best shows on TV. Hope they do Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series next.

I don't watch a ton of TV anymore but if I do, it's 1 hour episodes with compelling stories and acting.
My most recent TOP 5:
1.) Westworld - God this show blows my mind. It's got an all-star cast, fascinating storyline and its wonderfully introspective about human nature.
2.) Stranger Things - Love the 80s feel. Brings me back to my childhood.
3.) Ozarks - This show was a pleasant surprise. Super intriguing and a different take on drug cartels.
4.) Sense8 - I f**king loved this show and Netflix cancelled it. Super original ideas and probably one of the multicultural and open-minded shows I've seen.
5.) Fear The Walking Dead - I gave up on the actual Walking Dead a long time ago. The acting/directing/writing all became drivel. FTWD is like how the old one used to be. It has interesting characters and the zombies are still relevant.

For my favorite show, i will say WALKING DEAD This show is not only about zombies, killing or survival of the fittest. It is so much more than that. Once you start watching this show, i bet you will fall in love with the characters so much that it will make you emotionally attached to each character asif they are one of your own. Yes, the story slightly declines after season 6 but that didn't stop me from watching the show because of the characters(rick, daryl, maggie, carol, carl, glenn etc). I have never witness such a character driven show in my life. This show will always be eternal for me.
why I love watching this news? because I think Malaysian PM to 7 this is the oldest in the world. so I love the charism he and I always keep track of news about him

Lately I've found myself liking horror, thriller shows. Anything with Mystery and a good story. I like funny cartoons, bur who doesn’t.
I’ve watched Dead of Summer, and Netflix Scream. It’s hard to find horror type shows, but I find recently there have been more of them. Horror to me is more exciting.
I like to watch horror movies but not midnight, later I do not dare sleep because imagine ghost ..😄

Hello @bunnypuncher . I'm your Bangladeshi follower. You know #Ittadi is the most old tv program of Bangladesh. It is about 30 years old program. It held one time in every month in Bangladesh Telivision(BTV). It is a rich program. It is like a drama, stage show, song, dancing, funny and educaive program. Many foreigners attend this program. This program teachu and inspire us for social help. So this is the best program and I never miss this program. So good lick #Ittadi .

I will have to say that one of my favorite shows of all time is Arrested Development, the timing and writing in this sitcom is absolutely genius. I would recommend anyone who loves Seinfeld of even Friends to give it a try, even the music comes part of the running gags or gives the extra punch to make a catchphrase even funnier.

As for TV Shows... I don’t watch much TV, but two series that I watch and love are Billions and Silicon Valley. I am super passionate and interested in business, and trading and these two shows are about topics I love. Great stories, great acting, and overal amazing shows!

I usedto love tv shows but now i dont really watch anymore unless its on my device like on netflix. I watched a few tv shows from start to finish tho like big bang theory and friends, im also into anime.
