YOu need to do more research on minnowbooster. YOu can tell them how much u want to pay for any sp you want, if anybody got sp they can say yes to you or not.

I might turn off my bb now, does not work effectively, keep staying at waiting mode caused small upvote values. Bidders just look for whale bb. I will wait for at least 50k+ sp to enable my pet again.

Try tk get from minnowbooster. Lease from there.
I think BT gives the better rate than MB. 1 steem = 8.76 SP for 90 days.
You can set a price you want to pay on minnowbooster but cant do that on bt.
What do you mean? I did not get that. As I know, BT offers from low as 1 steem/sbd
