Oh man, you're going way back. That's great that you didn't have a scary story actually. Yeah, nobody entered, lol. Oh well, I had fun telling the story and trying to have a little contest too. Also looking back I can see I was a little heavy on experimenting with and learning about vote bots... Learning more and more about this place every day.

Haha, yes, there are rather a lot of comments - I see the curie crew stopped by though, that's always nice.

I'm sorry no one entered - that was a huge prize opportunity. Maybe everyone thought they wouldn't win, or, like me, just didn't have a very scary story to tell. You set the bar high with your own, haha!

Got to learn somehow.... Yeah, I miss the curie crew. I was bummed to find out that they stop helping you out when you hit a rep score of 53. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted and I appreciate that they helped me grow my account quickly.

Perhaps I did set the bar too high with Nail Man, but I figured someone would be able to top that. Maybe I'll try the contest again with another #scaryphotostory, I have more... Have a great, non-scary day Derek!

Hmn... don't tell them I've hit 53...I don't think they've noticed yet... are you sure it works that way? But yes, their support was very much appreciated. Them and Photo Feed do a lot for us photographers.

Maybe just give yourself the prize? You clearly deserved it, for actually writing a scary story. :p Looking forward to hearing the next one - hope it's not from today!

Haha, no recent scary stories to tell.

Interesting, I had found this article on "curie rules". It was written 8 months ago so maybe it's changed: https://steemit.com/curie/@liberosist/explaining-curie-s-guidelines

I won't tell them you're a 60! And maybe I should still wait for a possible curie and not bot for visibility right away...

And if you bot, I would suggest Minnowboost and Smartsteem instead. :)

Yes, thank you! I did figure that out and prefer them since you don't get the obvious comment. I also signed up for @qurator, and have been using and liking @thundercurator. The owner of @thundercurator is going to be one of the presenters at the Vegas Creators Conference so I've been wanting to support that one.
