I've noticed the extreme love for a steamy cup of coffee among steemians.
So, here's a simple contest for finding common "ground"
Show me your best mug shots, poetry, haiku, art ,puns or story. Anything goes as long as it's creative and related to coffee.
Rewards:

I need to be creative, my wit must be pristine
I need my flow to "come online" upon a certain theme
The themes a cup of coffee, homage, I pay to that
Way back I cut out milk and cream as I was getting fat
Sooner still went sugar, I couldn't justify
The constant dental cavities, the treatment made me cry
My ambrosia is now strong and black, the flavor is sublime
I couldn't give up caffeine, though I gave up beer and wine
Yes I love a stronger flavor, Baristas, they love me
As Kenyan blends are smoother, but command a higher fee
No I couldn't lose my caffeine, you see what I'm construin'?
My life would be just pointless, an apocalyptic ruin
So you see by now, I'm sure my friend, I really am afflicted
Because at this stage of my life I'm coffee-wise addicted
The mornings would be hell for me, the nights a sheer trial
I'd even buy it from a pusher in a shameful wrap or vial
Once I tried decaffeinated and I sampled herbal teas
But I didn't get the hit I loved from either one of these
Yes I truly love my coffee, it's a passion, it's a dream
I love the taste, the kick the smell, I even love the "STEEM!"
AWESOME Contest idea...
You may notice from my poem that the subject of "COFFEE" pushed all the right buttons with me...
I'm a Caffeineaholic (Is that even a word?, It is now)
Ofcourse I will promote the page on my own blog...
I hope all those aspiring writers have a crack at this or even just the creative with pictures, memes and comments.

In Japan, canned coffee is very common. Most has too much sugar, like the worst drinks from Starbucks, but black is also available, and it's really not half bad. The machines warm it for you and everything.
This was for a Star Wars promotion they did a year or two back.

I think I'm getting just a bit obsessed with entering steemit contests.
If this needs any context it'll be for anyone who's never had the joy of being stopped by a charity worker on a British highstreet (nothing against charity, just they always stop you when you're in a rush and horribly skint). Anyway, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a coffee that was made by a baristartista..

A dog, a cat and a grumpy bear talked in a coffee shop. It has been ages since they last spoke and they were laughing about past escapades especially about the wicked witch who was reigning in the South.
Then suddenly the dog began to cry as apparently she broke up with her mate. Third party. Typical dog sniffing other bitches ass!
Dog said sorry to Cat and Bear for crying but was told it was ok. We understand and we are here.
So we let Dog howl and cry as we listened and sip on the coffee before us.
